# About Fomo.Rip

Fomo.rip it's platform for OTC  (Over The Counter) trading, where every user can buy or sell tokens/NFT before their launch. The project aims to eliminate the existing risks of such trading by means of a smart contract, which will be a guarantor of the fulfillment of agreements between the parties. 

In addition, the developed platform allows to evaluate the side of the deal thanks to the rating system, known to all users from marketplaces from the web2 sector. 

The main target for the Fomo.rip team is to provide a safe and comfortable deal for any digital asset in the crypto environment.
