# Smart Contracts

Since the OTC market is highly susceptible to scams, it was decided to focus on the security and transparency of deals. 

For this purpose, a smart contract is used, which allows to significantly reduce the negative user experience of pre-market trading in digital assets. The smart contract is decentralized and has no direct control by the owner. 

The role of Arbitrator is provided to resolve disputes between the parties to the deal. In the event of a dispute between the parties to the deal, it is possible to refund both parties or award all funds to the affected party.
